Refund Policy

We will aim to resolve a problem with a faulty item as quickly as possible, but we ask that you inform us of issues, as soon as you discover them, so we can get a resolution sorted.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations, if you are, for whatever reason, unhappy with your goods or decide you wish to cancel the transaction, we will happily issue you a refund. If goods have already been posted, unfortunately you will be liable for the cost of returning goods to us. Please contact sales@bradleysthetannery.co.uk to notify us of your wish to cancel, refund or exchange. You have 30 days from you order date to do this.
