We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, and for most in stock items this is within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that our products are all handmade and sometimes may have to be made especially for you. We have strict quality control and items are only shipped once they have passed our checks for quality, we aim to do this within 20 days and will always keep you updated should there be a delay via telephone or email.
